We had a super quick check-in late at night, which was a lifesaver after a long day at the park! The spacious room with a cozy king bed provided the perfect retreat, and the complimentary cookies at reception were such a sweet surprise! Plus, the easy drive to Disneyland made our adventures even more enjoyable.

Rooms are spacious and super clean! I got discount tickets to Disneyland at the front desk, which was a sweet bonus.

During my stay, I appreciated how the staff made my visit memorable. When I arrived, the front desk helped me after some issues with my room. They made arrangements for a new room and even provided a nice surprise gift to celebrate my anniversary. Their efforts created a welcoming experience.

However, I faced some initial frustrations with the heating system and missing amenities that should have been available upon check-in.

Plus, the staff went the extra mile for us on our anniversary with a surprise bottle of champagne and strawberries—how sweet is that? And don’t even get me started on the oh-so-comfy beds—perfect for a cozy night's sleep after a busy day!

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped print my boarding pass. The warm assistance always makes my stay enjoyable. I’ll be back for Christmas!

I had a great stay! The food in the dining room was excellent and fantastic value, especially the breakfast buffet. Special shout out to Salvador for his amazing service! I was super impressed with how clean my room was every day, just top-notch.

However, the experience was marred by a lack of responsiveness to requests for room amenities, notably a missing remote control and issues with the heating system, which detracted from the overall comfort.

We had an amazing time visiting Knott's Berry Farm, just a short drive from the hotel. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of roller coasters with the kids. Great amenities for a family stay!

For dads, it would be great if there were more game options for kids.

This place was just a great match for a flash visit in Anaheim with best value. The warm greeting at check-in really made a difference, especially after a long trip. Try to get a room away from the elevator for more peace.

The room was super cozy with an amazing view, and we loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool after our long days at Disneyland. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi too—such a nice way to unwind! Just wish there had been more towel options. otherwise, everything was fantastic! 😊

i had a great experience at sheraton! the management was super accommodating, especially when i wanted to use my points instead of paying. the location is fantastic, close to shopping, dining, and attractions. the outdoor pool was a nice bonus for relaxation. the staff were friendly and helped me feel right at home.
